Follow Him

Exodus 15:2 (New International Version)

² The LORD is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation.
He is my God, and I will praise him,
my father's God, and I will exalt him.

Psalm 18:2 (New International Version)

² The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.
He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold

Father,

We come before you this morning not knowing our fate.
Our minds are not capable, as yours, but we know that you know.
Thank you that you have our best at heart. Thank you that we can rest, when we
rely upon you. We do not need to know, all we really need to know is to stay upon
your path, close to you. Thank you that you have already walked this path a million
times. You know every bend and ever hill and valley. Thank you that you were the
one who placed every pebble in it's place. Thank you that no darkness can fall
this way, as long as you are before us.

Darkness shall retreat and cower at the hint of Your presence.

Thank you for being our counselor, our healer, our redeemer and our protector.
Thank you for knowing our eternal fate is already decided when we have a relationship
with you. Thank you for the eternity's path you have already planned for us and that you have
also walked that path a million times before. Thank you that we now know there is
nothing you have not experienced, or seen. Thank you, we now know you have already
seen our days here at end and our eternal days begin. Thank you that we know you
have already see that. Thank you that we know you will be there before we reach
our final day, our final moment, in this flesh and that our lives with you can then begin
the rest of eternity with you. Thank you, that many have gone before us and are
sharing in the eternity you promise and that we will be able to praise you along
with them again.

Thank you that we can live this life joyful knowing each and every day should
be lived to the fullest, serving you, wishing for nothing but sharing our heart's
needs with you. Thank you for your providing in each and every thing you give
us.

Thank you that all these things are possible, because of you and your sacrifice
bringing Christ to us in a Holy way to be our Savior. So that no man should
perish but spend eternal life with you. Thank you that as your word says,
all is free and all is possible to those who accept your son, who died on the
cross for our sins. Thank you, it is your gift and no one must prepare in any
way to accept Him as savior. All they need to do is agree and accept him as savior
right where they are with a simple prayer.

Father I know your eyes will not rest upon sin, thank you that Jesus on the cross, was placed between you and our sin, so
that you could see your children and Save them from an eternity in hell. You had that Wisdom and desire for us,
Thank you.

Father, "I know I am a sinner, but you sent your son to die on the cross for my sins anyway,
so I am able to spend eternity in heaven, with you and not perish".

"I accept, Jesus into my heart as my savior, Amen"

God knows we won't be perfect but He will watch us grow and lead us, everyday, as we get closer to Him.
God didn't have any guarantees about us. He put His son on the cross, just so, we would have the choice to follow Him !
